Jaydel App and Jaydel Camera are business operations tools. The apps may be used to access work information, capture job-related photos or camera images, manage service activity, receive notifications, and communicate with systems operated by Jaydel Inc.

Data We Collect

Depending on how the apps are configured and used, Jaydel Inc. may collect:

• Account information, such as name, email address, user role, login status, and organization association.
• Work and service information, such as job, order, customer, location, checklist, note, schedule, and activity details entered or accessed through the apps.
• Photos, camera images, image metadata, uploaded files, and related job documentation when users choose to capture or upload them.
• Device and app information, such as device type, operating system, app version, diagnostic logs, crash information, and performance data.
• Notification information, such as push notification tokens and notification preferences.
• Approximate or precise location information only when enabled by the user or required for an app feature.

Jaydel Inc. does not sell personal information and does not use app data for third-party advertising.

How We Use Data

Jaydel Inc. uses app data to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve Jaydel App and Jaydel Camera.
• Authenticate users and control access to authorized business information.
• Sync work activity, photos, job information, and app content between devices and Jaydel systems.
• Send service, account, and operational notifications.
• Troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse, protect app security, and support users.
• Comply with legal, accounting, security, and regulatory obligations.

Data Sharing

Jaydel Inc. may share information with service providers who help operate, host, secure, support, or analyze the apps. These providers are expected to protect app data and use it only for the services they provide to Jaydel Inc.

Jaydel Inc. may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate misuse, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

Security

Jaydel Inc. uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect app data. No internet or mobile application service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but Jaydel Inc. works to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.

Data Retention and Deletion

Jaydel Inc. keeps app data for as long as needed to provide the apps, support business operations, maintain accurate records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect security.

Users may request deletion of their account and associated app data by using the in-app deletion process when available or by following the web request instructions on the Data Deletion Requests page. Some information may be retained when required for legal, accounting, audit, security, fraud-prevention, or legitimate business recordkeeping reasons.

User Choices

Users may:

• Request access, correction, or deletion of eligible app data.
• Disable app permissions such as camera, photos, location, or notifications through device settings.
• Contact Jaydel Inc. with privacy questions or requests.

Children

Jaydel App and Jaydel Camera are not intended for children under 13. Jaydel Inc. does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through these apps.

Changes to This Policy

Jaydel Inc. may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
